Management Construction Ltd is a multi-disciplinary construction and project management company based in Northallerton, North Yorkshire.

We established the Company to provide a none adversarial building procurement route to clients needing to avoid the inefficiency and cost of building procurement systems employing opposing management teams.

Based upon close collaboration of all parties, "Management Construction" has proved to be a highly appropriate and effective system for our clients. Being generally reasonably well versed on building matters and often possessing "in house" management resources, our clients are able to adopt a pro active role in achieving their aims for the building. Losing touch with the design and management process is not an option.

Projects ranging from domestic extensions to a 35,000 sq ft wholesale and retail food complex have been delivered successfully for our clients.
