New main branch offices and depot for North Yorkshire's premier timber supply company.

The client's principal requirements were to maintain his input into finalizing design, layout details and specifications direct with the Construction Manager as the work progressed on site, together with the need for tight cost control and transparency of accounting.

"Management Construction" answered the requirements of the client and the project was delivered successfully.

"Management Construction" has been the preferred system in alterations to provide a new branch depot and improvements to a third.
