The client had recently built an identical showroom in Hull but was experiencing difficulty with his Design and Build contractor.

The cost plan estimate was drawn up and the project went ahead and was completed without a hitch and within the budget, which our client advised was 25% below the cost of this previous showroom.
Impressed with the "Management Construction" system, our client remarked that he could not have preserved his project funds better himself.
